Same for me. Was a little scared about being asked for PAN Card and pulling the credit score. Not approving of sending OTP to whatsapp rather than SIM/SMS
Also, was unable to save my IDFC Rupay debit card details, so for every credit card / every payment I had to re-enter the debit card number/CVV/expiration but that's a small price to pay for the rewards I got.

Reward Points cannot be directly converted into cash. However, you can use them to purchase Amazon Shopping Vouchers and accumulate them for future purchases. With your ASV balance, you can buy vouchers from various brands (including those not available on the IDFC Rewards portal) or Purchase products on Amazon, such as appliances, smartphones, or other items, for yourself or your loved ones. You can then request reimbursement in cash from them if needed.

Wait 2-3 days, all pending payments will credited or your payment status will get failed and you will get refund within 1-2 sweeks.
Dnt count bank holidays.
Is it showing as "paid" or "pending" in the Z-A-V-O app ?

In India, all credit card bill payments are done under BBPS/Bharat Connect. It is secure and safe.
If any issue arises, it affects all bill payment apps under BBPS/Bharat Connect.
The day there was a problem with paying the Axis credit card bill. On the same day, credit card bill payments through Axis-Freecharge and Axis-Innopay were also not being credited.
So, Zavo has nothing to do with it. The issue was with Axis Bank credit card bill payments via BBPS/Bharat Connect.
If you guys wait for 2–3 days, the payment will either be credited or if it's a pending transaction, there's a high chance it will fail and the refund process will begin (dnt count bank holidays).

Update: it says "failed" now. Hopefully will get refund soon
Wait for 2-3 days failed amount will be refunded to your account
Same for me... waiting for refund!!
