Last December I made some small Amazon purchases and contacted customer care regarding the points not crediting. They fixed the issue after 1 week or so. Also, I again got an 8k welcome bonus.
Contracted through phone call or email?
Update: I sent the mail on November 22nd. The account was unblocked in Jan 2024. So it took 1 month+
And what was that mail, if you can copy paste for others, by keeping your sensitive details undisclosed.

Does it work in paytm?
If you pay credit card bill through SBI Unipay which are on BBPS then there will be no transaction failure and anything(like sbi, kotak,au) but if you pay other credit card bill though SBI Unipay your transaction are going to rejected and your amount will stuck

So, is there is a list which banks support bbps?

Recently, I came to realize that my wealth debit card is no longer crediting reward points.
There are no points credited from August last week, 2023.
To test this, I made a 100-rupee purchase in the Travel Category on November XX.
and Rs. 150 on Amazon on November XX.
Both transactions were ignored for points.

Please check this

To banker@idfcfirstbank.com

Someone from IDFC called me about this and I explained the same things.
The same person contacted me after a month or so saying the issue was resolved from the backend.
