I have idfc select banking program. And this month I earned its threshold i.e, total 30k point totalling to 40k points till date from idfc. I have never redeemed its point.
Have been hearing lately that idfc blocks reward system of individual customers.
Since I have also earned total 30k point which was its limit, is there any chance it may block mine. And you must also have idea that on what ground they block the account or the reward system.
