Icici worst application process

Icici is the worst bank.

Showed lifetime hpcl coral for me after entering all details. They gave application no instantly and did 'personal loan' enquiry of 1 lakh in cibil which is absurd.

Today they called and when inquired after ltf they are saying not ltf saying Website not updated reason. i said i will not proceed and raise complaint.

How to take action. Unnecessarily did enquiry and not fulfilling ltf condition.

Mail them with screenshot also complaint on twitter. I found their Twitter team better than email support.
