How to track cc application with no relationship with icici

As per the title how to track cc application for non icici users. I'm afraid my cc gets rejected the person who did my video kyc reduced my annual income to 10-20 lakhs even though I'm getting 40 lakhs. Tried downloading icici mobile ipay app to track apparently it is available for icici bank users. Is there any way to track online.

Contacted them on twitter, they said they'll contact me currently I'm waiting for their reply. While I got one more hit on CIBIL from ICICI this morning is this normal for CC applications? Till date I get only one cibil hit from other banks

You can complain to them and ask for additional enquiry to be removed. I was able to get it removed from HDFC & AXIS. Might work for ICICI too

Update: Got a call from ICICI Bank, even though i did my video kyc my application is not completed that i will need to do kyc again tried doing the cc application again from their website but only got a message that 'my documentation is completed and send for credit check.'

You should have done offline but those folks would have said for account 😂
