I got a message that my CC will arrive in 7 working days. The virtual CC is accessible through iMobile/Netbanking. Activate & use the same instantly. How do I access netbanking without ICICI banking relationship. Anyone know how to get the userid and password?

You cannot. To register it would require your full card number and cvv i think. You'll need to wait for 2-3 days for your card to arrive.
