13 February 2024:- So after these much calls, i know one thing that my 10k mab account can not be opened offline. So I played double impact game (Complaint + Resolving) to open my Savings account offline in 1st Branch.
COMPLAINT PART:- So first i complaint to X(Twitter) . Here I attached screenshot
Then I received a call from icici customer care & they give me assurance to open my account by call conference done with that 1st Branch ABM, ABM said on conference & asked me to visit branch to open my account, with that cc executive was also on call.
Then on same day I received mail that” your issue related to account opening will be resolved” . Here I attached screenshot of mail also…
RESOLVING PART:- Then i called same guy 1st Branch employee, he picked my call on second attempt, then i said “ sir company listed nahi hai, isliye ab saving account kholna hai” . Then he said “5L cheque or 1L maintain karna padega”. Then i asked for 1L cheque & 50k maintain, Then he said “ sir abhi branch open only limited account which are required high value customers, so open your 50k account after this financial year (means after 1 april) & said isme mai kuch ni kar sakta, hum se mana kiya gaya hai Low IP & mab customers ka account open karne ko” & he cut the call.
Then i reminded the suggestion of 4th Branch employee that “sir 1st Branch visit kariye, apka old account khul jayega”. So now i have two reasons to visit the 1st Branch. Then i take printout of that old application (pdf) of my old closed account, hoping for opening of this account itself.
15 February 2024:- Then I visited 1st Branch, infront of me, three employees working in which two are working their own work on desktop & third one opening a savings account of a young girl. So i gave that printout to that one employee who works on desktop & I said sir I want to do my full kyc due to which my account is closed, then he said “bagal wale sir ( i call him srk, ye sab name kaalpnik hai ) kyc karenge” . Then i wait for 30 minutes for bagal waale sir which is busy in opening that girl account.
After that girl account is opened she leaves. So now my turn to avail his services. So I gave him that printout , so after checking he said “ account was closed, it can not be opened” . Then I said ok & asked him to open new account, then he immediately said “amir (name kalpnik hai) ke paas jao bo kholega account” but amir is not in branch. So srk gives me amir number & said amir pehle apka home visit karega, phir agle din apke ghar aakar account kholega”
I becomes clueless & thinking in my mind “ ye saala srk ladki ka account toh khol diya aaram se or mereko amir se kah raha account khulwane ko”
Then immediately i call amir in front of srk, then amir picked my call in third attempt & said “sir mail kal home visit karunga & tabhi account kholunga”. Then i said “ sir mai dusri baar bank visit kar raha hun, bina account khole ghar nahi jaunga, mai apka wait kar raha hun bank mai, aap aa jao, then he said “ 15 minutes mai aata hun”
Then he comes bank in 30 minutes & go with me with my byke for home vist . So now my home verification is done by amir . Then i drops amir to bank. Then amir said “sir kal apka account open ho jaega, kal mai aaunga 1L ka cheque ready rakhna”. Then i said “ I didn’t have any cheque book, you can open my account first, then i do imps/neft/upi to that account” then he said ok.
On next day amir not comes to my home. So I called him then he said “sir apka pehle bhi icici mai account tha bo kyun closed hua” then i said due to Rekyc . Then he said “sir apka bo account jyda upi transaction karne ke kaaran band hua tha, so my BM sir not allowed me to open your account” & he cuts the call.
Then i call him again & said “sir mera account kyc nahi karne k kaaran band hua tha, mere paas proof v hai ki mene jyda upi transaction nahi kiye hai, mere paas saare statements pade hai mail pai, aap chahe toh check karlo, mai send kar deta hun” . Then he said “sir I already checked it, you can’t open account with us” & cut the call.Then I think, mere saath hi esa kyu ho raha hai.
Then on next day, i again call to amir, but he didn’t picked my call on several attempts.
Then on next day, i again call to amir, this time he picked my call on third attempt & said “mai isme kuch nahi kar sakta, aap mere sir se baat karlo & he gives his phone to his sir( i call him salman, ye name kalpnik hai) . Then his sir (salman) said “sir apka account unauthorised transaction ke kaaran closed hua tha, so first send me your other bank 6 month statements & your last year ITR also” i said ok & then send all documents to salman whatsapp number.
Then salman didn’t check my documents whole day, Then i called him, he said “sir abhi check karta hun” & cut the call & after checking he didn’t return me callback.
Then I called salman again, he picked my call & said “sir apka ITR 5L se kam hai & other bank account statement mai apke jyda transaction hai, so aap account khulne ke baad aap iss account mai bhi jyda upi transaction karenge, isliye hum apka account nahi khol sakte”
Then I asked him “ who said this non-sense to you” . Then he said, “humare sir ( i call him amitabh, ye name kalpnik hai ) mana kar rahe hain due to all these reasons”
Then i said “meri baat karwao amitabh sir se. Then salman said “amitabh sir abhi busy hai, free hote hi mai apki unse baat karwata hun & said sir aap icici mai hi kyun account open karwana chahte ho, apka account hdfc mai toh hai hi” . Then i said “that’s not your concern where I want to open my account or not, give me your Amitabh sir number to me, i will call him & personally talk to him” then he immediately cut the call without giving me Amitabh number.
Then I called Salman several times but he didn’t pick my call, I called both idiots (amir & salman) two days regularly but both not picking my call.
Then I called ABM, which i got his number from that complaint from X(Twitter). He picked my call then i said “sir my home verification done by amir but he didn’t come home again to open my account & salman asked for ITR & other bank statements which i sent him but salman said we can’t open your account because i am not eligible to open account in branch”. Then ABM said “ruko mai dekhta hun dono ko” & cut the call. Then i didn’t received any call back from ABM. So i called ABM again but he didn’t picked my call on several attempts.
Then i was go in dipression for 20 days & thinks what i do wrong i my life so that , they are not opening my account & thinks i am poor & bad man & set mu mind “ ki ab mai icici mai account nahi kholunga” .
But after 20 days , my mood swings & I talk to myself that “ chahe kuch ho jaaye account toh khulva k rahunga, i am not that poor guy who downs under these morons”
Then again I complaint to X (Twitter) on 07 March 2024 ( mentioned old complaint reference also).

But i get this reply on 11 March 2024 from that complaint on X ( here I attached screenshot).
NOW I BECOMES IN A FULLY BEAST MODE
NOTE:- Again i am telling my respected members, this is the real incidents happened with me “ aage kisi ko ye sab na karna pade , isliye ye threads bana raha hun” baaki aaplog ki apni thinking hai..

Once I went to ICICI Branch near me, it's the only private bank with good ATM cash availability and decent service. SBI takes hours for even a small task.
I asked the executive there to open 10k account, he looked at me from top to bottom and asked whether I was a student.
I said I'm doing CA Articleship, I'll be able to maintain 10k no issues. Then he said only 50k & 75k account can be opened here. If you need 10k account open online we don't do it here. I reminded them of a regular variant available on the website. Instead they suggested me to go home and open online account.
At that time I had only two shirt and two pants. For office also I wore chappal, no money to buy sandals or shoe. How could I maintain 50k to avail banking services of a private bank. Made no sense to me, so I walked away.
Note - Online account opening blocked due to ICICI Pockets wallet.

Cinema doesn’t asked people to watch me..

Mene v apni poori jindagi mai pehli baar offline account open karwaya..…( I experienced account opening offline first time in my whole life )

Sister ka account khulwane gye the. Mne unhe SB Max bola tha open krne ko.
Unhone usse saari details puchi, to dekha student hai and dusre account m zyada rokda nhi hai. To khud khte sir ism high mab hai aap lower variant khol lo. Usm kam MAB hai vgerah vgerah. Mne kha nhi aap yhi kholo. 2 3 baar kha phir bataya usse ki classic customer hu mein. To phir fatafat khol dia
