Hi,
in 2007 my brother applied Icici add on card on my name. After few years I stopped using it. Few months back I saw in cibil report that, credit card account is reflecting as Authoized user though I stopped using add on card 10 years back.
I Requested ICICI to close the add on card and update cibil on this. They responded that even though add on card is closed, cibil will still show card account as open as authorized user.
can anyone help me on this? when I am no where related to the card account why it will still displayed as authorized user in my cibil? I am not the main account holder.
