I have not received 25k bonus rewards for May and June.

Hi There,
I am seeing that most of the customers have received bonuses for May and June also. Is there someone who hasn't received it yet? How to complain about this to axis bank. I sent mail to them but i am getting automated reply about edge points only.

I didn't receive mine. Mailed them and they say, my spends are not eligible for bonus reward points. Mailed them a summary of my transactions and asked specifically which one of my transaction is an ineligible spend? Radio silence so far
Anyone know where to escalate this?
