I have applied the rupay on 22nd and it approved two weeks back but still card number not generated yet, also got 100%limit increase in my Live+ card. How may days it took to get ghe rupay card?

I think limit enhancement offers were separately published without correlation to Rupay application. You should ask your RM, CS if in case no RM

That's correct. There is no relation between limit enhancement and another credit card application.

This is my 3rd limit enhancement in last 1.5 years.

I have called the support team several times. On 22nd card applied it got approved on 29th but afterwards card not printed yet. CS team raised a complaint today why card not been generated, i was wondering as they already raised the limit of the existing card thats why not issuing the new one

Recent Card LE should not be the problem, might be some operational issue. Keep escalating emails

I got the live+ card 1 month back. The cashback card looks interesting, since my grocery spend is more than maximum limit of live+ card. Any idea if there is a cool off period for HSBC for applying the cashback card, since I got Live+ just one month back.

If you want to replace the card there’s no cooling down period you can call CS and ask to flip the card, if you want new card then cool down period is 6 months

Yes, it works for QR code merchants having favourable MCC for cashback

A new card has been launched. Not sure if the BIN has been integrated yet, but after a few months it will definitely start working on all HSBC e-commerce discount offers.
