HSBC CC always rejected

I'm applying for HSBS Visa platinum credit card for the second time. My CIBIL is good and my salary is also good. Then why my application gets rejected? I hold many other cards like HDFC, Axis, AMEX etc.

At Online application portal, I just entered mobile number and OTP. After that i left application without entering PAN. Next day, one executive called me and processed application on C2C Basis.

I got the call after the mail. Cx care executive helped me to do some changes and send the documents again. Then Finally It was got approved.

Yes. As per HSBC policy, they offer cards to only salaried persons. So they asked salary slip to get it confirmed but processed card on C2C basis.

Yeah like I told, you will get a call. and you have to provide required documents then It will get processed.

Yeah , also if there are many enquiries on your Cibil report in short span . Make sure you don’t have enquiry on your report for last 6 months before applying

Last week only I had 3 enquires of iDFC, IndusInd and Federal but HSBC approved.

In last 6 months if you have more than 4-5 hard enquiries then hsbc generally rejects application

I had surely way more than 6 hard enquiries. 3 I mentioned. 2 hdfc 1 icici

Call hsbc helpline and confirm if its not an error on their part. I got card dispatch and approved mails.
