How to get Yes Private card

Is there a way one can get Yes Private card? I know HDFC Infinia used to be an invite only but people now get it pretty easily.
Is there a way I can apply for it C2C or income based?

If yes, what was the ITR criteria which yes bank follows to give yes private as LTF?

I want to upgrade Yes Bank Private Savings account, currently holding Grandeur savings account. Can anybody help how much funds are require to open new account or upgrade to Yes Bank Private savings account.
