You can apply for Bob card on C2C basis when process online.

Is there any specific option on website or just to upload card Statement and front picture in place of Income Doc ?

While applying, there's an option where they ask if you have other bank credit card and limit of the card. When uploading document under income documents, upload previous statement and front side picture of credit card showing last four digits, expiry and your name. Hide other details.
