How to change the mobile number of the BOBCARD add-on card holder?

My father recently applied for a BOBCARD credit card through an agent. The agent asked for the nominee details and their number, for which my dad provided my mother's details and his own secondary mobile number instead of my mother's.

When the application's PDF copy was sent to his email after its submission, I noticed that the agent applied for an addon card for my mother instead.

The card was approved recently, and is on the way, and I want to set it to my mother's mobile number.

Is there any way to change the mobile number of the secondary/addon holder? If so, how?

Edit: Yesterday night, my father emailed BOBCARD’s customer support requesting a change in the registered mobile number for the add-on card issued in my mother’s name. This afternoon, they called him to verify the request, asking for the primary holder's (my father’s) PAN and date of birth. Shortly after, the registered mobile number for the add-on card was updated to my mother’s number, and he received a confirmation SMS stating: "Confirmation: On your request, registered mobile number for BOBCARD account ending <Add-on Card No.> has been changed. Not requested by you? Call 18001031006 (toll-free)." The SMSs were sent to each number (Primary, old add-on number, and new add-on number).

@Nikhilize - Yesterday night, my father emailed BOBCARD’s customer support requesting a change in the registered mobile number for the add-on card issued in my mother’s name. And, today, in the afternoon, they called him asking the same two things for verification which they asked you: primary holder's (My dad's) PAN and DOB.

He immediately received six SMSs in a row: the first four were sent to both the primary number and the add-on holder's older number (two each), and the last two were sent to the primary number and the new mobile number (one each).

I first thought they changed my dad's (primary holder's) number too to my mom's. But I carefully scrutinised each SMS and they all said the same thing:
"Confirmation: On your request, registered mobile number for BOBCARD account ending <Add-on card no.> has been changed. Not requested by you? Call 18001031006 (toll-free)"

I have 2 add on cards. All with different numbers and yeah upi working on all cards.
Today, my mother's phone is showing the add-on BOBCARD in every UPI app.

Also, I applied for another add-on card for my brother through their app today. First, I was getting an error, but the second time I submitted, it went through. However, they haven't sent any confirmation SMS or email yet. Any idea how long does it usually take?

App never worked for me. I had to mail them documents which took 4-5 days for approval and same days for card delivery
