How to change the mobile number of the BOBCARD add-on card holder?

My father recently applied for a BOBCARD credit card through an agent. The agent asked for the nominee details and their number, for which my dad provided my mother's details and his own secondary mobile number instead of my mother's.

When the application's PDF copy was sent to his email after its submission, I noticed that the agent applied for an addon card for my mother instead.

The card was approved recently, and is on the way, and I want to set it to my mother's mobile number.

Is there any way to change the mobile number of the secondary/addon holder? If so, how?

Edit: Yesterday night, my father emailed BOBCARD’s customer support requesting a change in the registered mobile number for the add-on card issued in my mother’s name. This afternoon, they called him to verify the request, asking for the primary holder's (my father’s) PAN and date of birth. Shortly after, the registered mobile number for the add-on card was updated to my mother’s number, and he received a confirmation SMS stating: "Confirmation: On your request, registered mobile number for BOBCARD account ending <Add-on Card No.> has been changed. Not requested by you? Call 18001031006 (toll-free)." The SMSs were sent to each number (Primary, old add-on number, and new add-on number).

applied add-on online, got with same number as primary.

sent mail to crm@.. about changing mobile number to addon (written)..

received a call about a week later, enquiring same and confirm the mobile number again (verbally)

a week later, it got updated and works for UPI too..

Note: Primary can't know how much addon person spent, so careful with that..

I literally just changed my add on cards number lol it wasn't working earlier but worked this time...
Also I don't care if it's marked solution or not

Chill, man. 😅 You should have explicitly mentioned where you changed it instead of simply amending your post with "It worked." There are plethora of options there.

Moreover, from the screenshot you uploaded, it appears you've changed the mobile number of the primary holder, not of the add-on holder, which is what my original query was about. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I only wanted to change ADD ON CARDS mobile number not primary and that's the reason I commented on this thread. Why is it hard for you to read mate lol

By the way — which option did you choose there? Under Mobile number or under add-ons or another one? In the link you shared, there are too many options available. (I can't access the link right now, as I don't have access to the mobile of my dad to whom this card belongs.)

Bro, I checked the microsite whose link you provided earlier, and there is no option to change the mobile number of the add-on card holder. Only the mobile number of the primary card holder can be changed there.

It will work for add on cards also. You have to enter add on cards last four digit, current number of add on card & dob.

Thanks, it did fetch the correct mobile number of the add-on cardholder when I entered the add-on cardholder's details there. (A bit ambiguous, in my opinion, since it asks to enter the details of the primary cardholder there.)

However, after I submitted the OTP sent to the new number, it showed the following error:

Tried 3 times already.

Were you getting the same error?

Yes. I was also getting the same error message but when I tried that day in the midnight it worked. Also just got this message. Pure coincidence 😂

Great! Can you check if you're getting OTPs for your add-on cards in your new number or not? If it doesn't work even tomorrow, I'll contact their Support.

One more thing, your primary card holder will get a call from them about confirming the same. They will ask his/her PAN cards last four digit and date of birth.

Weird, as if submitting OTPs wasn't enough. LOL. In that case, I would rather prefer to email them instead of taking the hassle of retrying a trillion times. 🤣
