How long does RBI BO take to move the complaint?

I made another complaint against Axis for not providing reason for rejecting CC application.

I applied for LTF Neo Rupay card. It was rejected. Asked PNO for the reason, same crappy response, internal policy. I replied again clearly highlighting in my mail RBI clause with circular number and date. I gave them enough opportunity to come clean but NO. They kept saying the same thing.

So, I decided to go ahead and make another complain to RBIO. After complaining to RBIO Axis PNO replied within a week stating I already have 3 Axis CCs and hence the application was rejected as Axis does not...

Most of the time, it depends on the Officer who is handling the complaint. I have faced this situation twice. Once with SBI Cards, where I got exact reason for rejection and compensation for deficiency in service. And second time is with Federal Bank, RBIO closed the complaint as non maintainable without providing me the exact reason for rejection.

Not possible unless BO asks you. They don't read adhoc mails. But you can try your luck by sending a mail to crpc@rbi.org.in. You have nothing to lose.

You can always do that by sending an email to crpc@rbi.org.in. Make sure the subject of email is "Additional RBIO-Complaint#". Replace RBIO-Complaint# with the actual complaint number.

I have been suffering from IDFC behaviour for 2 years every time he told me the wrong/Invalid reason of rejection my credit card application .I lodged compliant to idfc last time 6 jan-2025 there was no response so I lodge the compliant to RBIO on 28 jan 25 with all evidence of last one year .
Today I recieved the email from IDFC I am attaching the same .
I want to ask this email I recieved due to RBI complaint or it's a replay of 6 jan -25
As I lodged the complaint to RBIO so should I replay this email or should I wait
How I will come to know that idfc is working due to complaint or not?
