Actually, I need to know this because of the BOB bank's misbehavior and harassment thing. I have already raised this issue with RBIO, but somebody advised me to file an RTI for the CCTV footage too, but it's been around 2 months, and I am wondering if I can get those or at least demand that they provide those CCTV clips directly to RBIO.
