my father got pre approved credit card offer from hdfc - tata neu . money back plus and iocl , but i also tried to apply other cards from hdfc normal website that too are also working i tried it for irtc rupay one , other wise if you apply any card it will say no offer at now . my father main spending is at retail outlets monthly spends is around 20 k avg . please suggest me best card for this
