Help for failed transaction on Mobikwik.

Cc bill payment of 1518rs failed on mobikwik on 21st feb.Transaction was done with hdfc platinum dc.The refund is still not credited.Did anyone face this issue before?

BTW Mobikwik Provides option of refund to source.

I learned it hard way.

I accidently loaded 30,000 intead of 3000 in Mob*dk wallet.

After requesting mobi*dk refunded 30k to source Account.

Raise the dispute. I did same twice with mobikwik. And many times when i used to topup crypto app with mobikwik gateway

Strangely the failure rate for Mobi is higher than other payment options. The only competition to Mobi seems to be SC bill pay which probably has slightly higher failure rate.
It is better to choose other options when feasible and avoid Mobi.

@gsg wait for a week than do if necessary. In my case i was unable to see any transaction history so i directly did the dispute even before emailing to mobikwik

HDFC 1% Cashback once credited, doesn't get reversed for failed transactions.

Even Smartbuy Cashback doesn't get reversed.

Hdfc visa platinum dc reward points never get reveresed after failed transaction but moneyback plus credit card smartbuy cashback can get reversed after the transaction is cancelled(happened with me on flipkart via smartbuy).

your refund can take maximum of 5 working days.. hence, wait for 5 working days.If you don't get the refund after 5 w.days, then raise dispute on hdfc website with all transaction details.
Debit card refund timeline is the worst of all payment methods.Hence, I always try to avoid debit card untill it is necessary.

Guys my 2.5K fasttag transaction failed, it been 3-4 days. some 200 from wallet and rest 2300 from credit card.
On Transaction history it says Refund credited into wallet 200 and it also shows refund entry of 2500.
But money is not actually credited in wallet, just an entry is there.
I raised a request from app help section but again no reply from last 2 days.

Refund to wallet is instant. Check again.
Refund to source wiil take atleast 2 days.

If refund entry is appearing in history then Refund will be credited automatically.

I check daily bro. Wallet balance is still zero.
Source refund ka bhi koi notification /email nahi..
bas history me entry dikh rahi..
