Seeking your advice/ experience on below,
Last month I got Biz grow credit card MC variant which was pre-approved with my savings account.
I went my branch for Swiggy cc but they said I can only have 1 cc from hdfc bank, If I want more I can take add-on card for my family members.
I also contacted cc customer care over mail and same thing was told by them but they said I can apply for floater card via physical process from bank. I went again to bank but they said they can't apply Swiggy as a floater card and again I contacted their cc team but again they're repeating the same thing again n again.
My friend applied from swiggy app and he got existing card's limit merged.
I have seen many people hold 3-4 cards from HDFC 1 core & others co-branded cards. It is also mentioned over hdfc website & Swiggy app that existing customer can also apply for this card. I said the same thing to customer care and they told they'll revert me back by 9th july.
So if anyone have experience you can share how can I get this card. Im getting ltf from swiggy app, should I apply from there or wait 6 months as it's just only 1 month since last card & I can't apply from hdfc website.
