HDFC Platinum Debit Card Cashback in IDFC Bank Credit Card Payment

Hi Folks,
Just wanted to have your expert opinion that how should we utilise our HDFC Platinum Debit Card in getting cashback in the bill payment of IDFC bank's CC as IDFC is not available to add as a biller in HDFC Bill pay?
Has anyone got Cashback in Cred Cebit Card payments through Debit Cards of HDFC and all when you pay more than 50k?
Has anyone got similar cashback in Paytm/Mobikwik or some where else apart from Bill Pays?
