HDFC Platinum DC Issue

Hi guys, very briefly:

Opened SavingsMax account on 1st April 2025, received the welcome kit. Set the PIN for DC and also the domestic transaction limits. Turned OFF international txns

Did not use the DC till now because I did not really have the need to use it. I tried using it now on Myntra via Smartbuy since it has the x10 offer going on

But when I tried to do the transaction it fails giving the reason as Alt ID provisioning failed

I went to a nearby ATM to try withdrawing some cash, but there also it is giving error saying something along the lines of this operation is not allowed on this card

Then I just tried to check balance in the ATM which was successfull so this confirms that the PIN is working

Also just to troubleshoot, I turned OFF the domestic limits and turned them back ON and Saved in the MyCards app. And tried the above process again, still no online payment processing, not able to withdraw cash.

What do you recommend I do next? Go to bank?

Try to have a word with Cust Care first, they may check and resolve.
