Yes i received yesterday night how did you calculate it what is T in the equation?

maximum settlement period is T+3working days,here T means the day you made the payment.Payment will get settled in next 3working days without considering the payment date.
For example: you made payment on Sunday(Sunday can be a non-working day,doesn't matter), if monday,tuesday,wednesday are all working days as per bank, then payment will be settled by wednesday 10pm or before that.

For me, it was instant for HDFC DCB. Sometimes, it takes longer. No need to worry.

When you setup auto-pay in hdfc, the payment date is automatically set to 4 days before due date to account for the credit delay. You should be good. You should get a message 4 days prior saying amount debited. Credit message would be from your biller.

You should also get 5% cashback in your CC + smartbuy voucher for setting up atleast 2 billers 😃

It is showing status active
Smartpay ticked in web portal

In home page of billdesk i can see action under that Pay icon

So should I click pay and do payment?

Only 3 days left for due date Feb 21 is due date

I don't know what to do?

Can you pls tell solution.

I opened recently and activated smartpay only in February after i got moneyplus credit card

I am guessing it will be settled tomorrow by EOD (End of day). Ideally it reflects in unbilled transactions if it has already been debited. In case even after tomorrow the bill doesn't get settled raise a dispute through BillPay and pay it manually to avoid any penalties.

I added both this bills after my electricity bill generation

So is this any restriction for smartpay auto payment?

Is system waiting for bill generation after i opted smartpay?if this is "yes" then first month i should pay manually only😅

The system auto-fetches any pending bills after you add a biller. But I think it's better if someone else confirms.

Oh, first payment should be manual payment. And if it's paid using smartpay, then it would show under billpay history 3/4 days before due date. See below.

Wait for today, it should debit. I did not think that it mattered if it was a weekend or not.
