Hello all.

I have recently opened 0 balance account in HDFC.
I just received a welcome kit. There is PRODUCT CODE - 191 Rural Savings Account.
Is it a zero balance account (bsbda) or a Normal Saving Account where I have to maintain a certain amount?
CC isnt giving proper information.

you can see in netbanking ... the required blance

most probably the min bal for a 191 rural savings ac might Rs.2500

You can check minimum balance in net banking or app under account details

I have opened a HDFC Giga Account for Freelancers with Initial Funding of ₹2000
This is a online account open.
Branch have no idea about this now I want to change account type to Regular or Pragati Savings account earlier known as Farmers Account
How to do this online as branch is not helping
While doing it online it says it says request could not be processed as your account type is not eligible for online request.

What to do know ?
Any Solution ?

Change to regular Savings
You can't change to farmer or Pragati online

Branch Visit is must, and I don't think they will easily convert it
