Phone needs to have NFC and the card needs to be enabled for Tap and Pay.

Credit card will also worked. Axis Select worked and the reward was issued.

It can be used only for pos payment n I think not possible for recharge or Bill payment

The offer works for bill payment via the Gpay app, you just need to select the card that is added through th namaste offer page
