So 400rs card for a 10k account is pretty normal. Plus need of lot of documentation and knowledgeless staff and patience.

I would suggest to go for 500/1000 mab account and with fees cards than this udaan

for me branch people had no idea i told them how to do they didnt ask me for any document i opened i last week o march
my friend opened in last week of april branch asked about documnets he gave fake ones & akso got select dc from branch

Lucky you , i visited 3 branches and waited 2 months to get myself rsdc from udaan

1 also visited 3 branch all 2km in radius
first told you need documents or open 1 lakh
second branch was a corporate branch
3rd branch opened my account it took 4 days for opeing after that i visited branch for dc which came in 3-4 days
