So I did a ombudsman complaint about 3 weeks ago and today the resolution was received. Icici says my card was inadvertently missed by the system that's why I didn't receive the cashback (what a lame excuse 😂). They agreed to credit the cashback of 150 and compensation of 50 (which I had asked, I thought 50 was enough for a conflict of 150. Didn't want to be greedy 😌).
