Fraudulent Charge on my RBL CC

Hi,
I got 2k charge on my RBL ICON cc on 18th August for using the priority pass.
Called up customer care to flag the transaction when i saw it in the bill and to my surprise they took 10 days and said that we can't reverse your charge since your priority pass has been swiped at some international airport outside India.

Attaching the screenshots of the charge.

I haven't taken any lounge visit using this priority pass/this card.
I don't carry this card anywhere or for the matter the priority pass as well.

Its a total fraudulent charge. Customer care has refused to help.
What to do?

RBL itself a fraud bank🙂 ...I am getting call for LTF legend on daily basis but denying everytime.

Ask them to raise a chargeback request.

How can I complaint to RBI Ombudsman?
You can file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman simply by writing on plain paper. You can also do this online at https://cms.rbi.org.in or by sending an email to the Banking Ombudsman at crpc@rbi.org.in

Idk why, but on my machine, I am not able to load CMS website. Like ever, has been like that since last few months. Not sure if happened with someone else or not. Tried different browsers (incognito and all), but that site just doesn't open.

Idk why, but on my machine, I am not able to load CMS website. Like ever, has been like that since last few months. Not sure if happened with someone else or not. Tried different browsers (incognito and all), but that site just doesn't open.

Try on mobile, working fine for me today

Happens due to cookie/browser issue.

Or try via different device.
