Yes, I received the 2% cahsback. They gave two options, either flat 2% casgback, or Fi-coins which I reedemed for Amazon vouchers and the returns were around 3%. Apart from this, they gave extra Fi-coins for the transactions as well. Overall returns were around 3.3%
