Any screenshot or link which mentions the last line regarding UPI rewards??Fi infinite accounts needs min balance of 50k.
Offering 2% Spend on UPI and debit card spends
("For UPI rewards, payments to merchants like Paytm, Club 12, Freecharge, Mobikwik, Jio Money, Amazon Pay, Ola Money or Swiggy Money are not applicable for the reward.")
I don't think we can confirm the DC reward of 2% on anything yet. I guess we have to wait till the end of the month. I have upgraded to Fi-Infinite and have been using my DC to pay CC bills on Cheq. I will update the cashback status as soon as I get anyThere's a lot of hidden tnc with fi.
Is it confirmed that all DC spends give 2%?
I wanted to include it in post itself, but they dont allow screenshot of app documents...however, I will try to click pic from other phone and then try to uploadAny screenshot or link which mentions the last line regarding UPI rewards??
2% is only on P2M, not P2PI don't think we can confirm the DC reward of 2% on anything yet. I guess we have to wait till the end of the month. I have upgraded to Fi-Infinite and have been using my DC to pay CC bills on Cheq. I will update the cashback status as soon as I get any
I just upgraded to infinite account and had the same confusions, although I did not ask customer care about fi coins, I did ask them about the cashback offer, the cashback offer is same for salary and infinite users, which is, 2% monthly cashback upto 500 rupees on upi merchant spends and also on debit card spends, and each transaction has a capping of 50 rupees, means 10 transactions of atleast 2500 rupees for full usage of the offer, and the cashback will be credited within the first 10 days of the next month.Seems gimmicky, I have Fi Salary account that has same benefit. I use Fi UPI all the time, they are giving some Fi coins on all my FI-UPI spends. I don't seem to get it how they are adding the coins per transaction - For adding 50k to my kite account, I got 600 coins. I have not seen a better value than 3 paise per coin. So that's 18 rupees for 50k transaction - not even close to 2% lol
2% cashback rate on a debit card/upi is simply impossible. I don't know how they are advertising
Oh interesting. Lets see if they credit next month.I just upgraded to infinite account and had the same confusions, although I did not ask customer care about fi coins, I did ask them about the cashback offer, the cashback offer is same for salary and infinite users, which is, 2% monthly cashback upto 500 rupees on upi merchant spends and also on debit card spends, and each transaction has a capping of 50 rupees, means 10 transactions of atleast 2500 rupees for full usage of the offer, and the cashback will be credited within the first 10 days of the next month.

Ok if the balance goes below 50K and that time we pay any bill, will that transaction get counted for 2% cashback?I paid CC bill on Cheq using Fi debit cards and got points/cashback. Not sure about UPI on Cred
No idea. You should probably ask their customer supportOk if the balance goes below 50K and that time we pay any bill, will that transaction get counted for 2% cashback?
Should be. They give a grace period before downgrading from Infinite to Plus. You can add funds within a day to continue enjoying Infinite benefits. I've gone below 50k multiple times and added money back. Have always got 4x Fi Coins for those transactions. But for the 2% cashback, have to wait till next month to confirmOk if the balance goes below 50K and that time we pay any bill, will that transaction get counted for 2% cashback?
