Emerald Private Metal Application, are they doing it correctly

My application is in pending status for last 4 days. Is this the correct way to apply for Emerald Metal? I am in T2 city and most likely my RM/CC agent won’t have an idea of credit cards. So he took my Aadhar, PAN and payslips and then applied. But still the application says pending documents. According to him its pending state head approval which may take anywhere between 8-10 working days. I don’t want to ruin this application.

Just above 3L in bank. Sent 3 months payslip to the RM

I thought i would never get the card, but to my surprise got it approved in a single day. Then got the same limit shared with my Amazon pay card!
I was of the opinion that ICICI started dumping this card as well on consumers. but looking at some of the ULIP and salary account movements, i felt lucky!
I have DCB LTF with 16L, HSBC Live+ 13L and IDFC wealth CC with 12L limits. I had mentioned that to my RM as well.

I am unable to believe this that EPM is issued with 6 L limit. I thought minimum was 10 L and during card upgrade they always give better limit on EPM than existing card.

So CL doesn't matter now. It's clear. It''s willingness of RM and Eligibility criteria matters the most.
