Credit card to merchant transaction

Can anyone suggest the best way to use credit card and send money to merchant. Earlier I used to buy pineperks rupay gift card and then use snapay. So in the end reward points used to set off the fee. But now rupay gift card are only allowed 10k per user.

If there is any other method, can you please assist
