Central Bank of India account funding problem.

I had opened a central bank of india account with vkyc. After few hours, received welcome letter in email. Within that welcome letter, there was a payment link for funding. I paid 2,000 (amount was pre-set in that link) by upi. But amount was never deposited into my account.
Payment link was from payu.

What should I do now? It was indeed a mistake on my part to fund using that payment link. Should have funded using NEFT or something else.

Start by initiating a grievance with the bank sending reference number of payment if you have telling them you funded by their link but such and such happened.

Next search payu transaction status on payu website and chip in required details to see whether transaction was successful.
Also contact payu helpline to ask them about such and such case that merchant has not provided the required service for which the payment was.

If both the bank and payu are unable to get your complaint resolved, then RBIO might be the solution.

It takes time and your deposit will reflect only after activation of account on backend team/branch.

if it's been too many days not deposited then visit branch.

The complaint link of central bank is down since few days. Doubt it'll come online soon.

Tried raising complaint with payu, but there is just no way to raise any complaint with them. Even the FAQ says contact merchant for any dispute. Customer care doesn't exist at payu.
