Highly unlikely, key to getting second RSDC for secondary holder is different CIF... doubt same CIF can be added under two different accounts, might be possible at different branch though!Can a person open two joint accounts?

Try to contact them on call if possible. As I saw in some threads, some psu banks are very helpful and can resolve your issue on call. Or lastly, re issue new dc if nothing works.Branch isn't nearby. Somthing to do with card limit in individual category. Change them, save them. Again open them to check whether change are made....and take a pic /ss to post here if possible.24 hours passed but still card isn't working. I had set pin again for the card and I am able to set limits and they stay the same on the values I set.my in my case customer care told me that my card is active. i updated threshold limit and checked . no issue there . limit remained in my set limit.
