Branch isn't nearby. Any cooling period or something else? I saw many people in this thread complaining about that. But not able to find it now as the thread now has so many pages
Try to contact them on call if possible. As I saw in some threads, some psu banks are very helpful and can resolve your issue on call. Or lastly, re issue new dc if nothing works.
 
Yeah I am, I talked to their whatsapp support and they told me my card isn't active and I need to generate pin and it still doesn't work.
Got no other option other than visiting branch.
my in my case customer care told me that my card is active. i updated threshold limit and checked . no issue there . limit remained in my set limit.

I had set pin again for the card and I am able to set limits and they stay the same on the values I set.
But the card still doesn't work.

No, I haven't been able to visit bank yet, therefore it doesn't work.

Write an email to support, it seems like technical problem from their end
