I think you can use the upi through cent-eez as bank employee help me activate it

I tried just now, it throws an error "App Mismatch". Are you sure it's cent-eez app and not Cent Mobile?

my suggestion is dont. apply after account opened.

depends on ur area. mostly within 7-10 days.

4. WHat if joint holder has different address on Aadhar? Can we order DC at first holder address(aadhar)?

update the joint holder's communication address using some other proof & while applying the add-on card select delivery to communication address.

Although I uninstalled the app, but I remember that bank employee helped me activate the UPI in cent-eez app, I haven’t used it though.

Atleast your debit card got activated right. Without ATM, can't use UPI either

True, I am waiting for the same only. Don't want to waste my time unnecessarily visiting the branches and dealing with the inefficient employees over there.

Cent eez is a pretty new app (just 1 month old), and it would be a mistake from my end if I expect the PSU banks to release a well-tested, stable version at the first go itself.

2. No need to 25 k, I deposited 1500 in the counter. Only cash accepted.
3. Arrived 3 days.

Thanks, I am assuming you are in metro /Tier-1 city? This includes add on account process too? I was thinking do it in stages

1. Not instantly, it gets created by evening of the same day, though
2. Ideally, there is no need for any cash deposit. But the branch will ask you to deposit some amount. The amount depends on your negotiation skills. I was asked to deposit 5k, if I remember correctly, but negotiated down to 1k
3. Varies based on Pincode. If you are close to the Hyderabad location, it gets delivered quite fast
4. The address will be the same at account level irrespective of individual aadhaar address and the card will get delivered to that address only

When I ask for DL, Voter id, bank statement etc , she refused other than above.

They consider the latest electricity bill and rent agreement as valid proof of residence. You can provide a bank statement of any other PSU bank, if you have. They won't accept the bank statement of private banks.

For me bank token didn't worked for cent mobile.

Update: card activated just now via cent eez app.

Sent a email in the morning to omnisupport@centralbank.co.in flagging the issue. Looks like this worked.

Today I went to CBOI branch, asked them about branch token for Cent Mobile, they’ve denied that the token will no longer work for Cent Mobile, said slowly they will discontinue the Cent Mobile as cent eez will be the primary app soon
