So, what's the consensus here then wrt app activation? Do we need a branch activation code or do we need to activate via ATM first and then use the same for login? Thanks facing the same problem. Will check with branch for branch token.

Ask the CBOI staff for Cent Mobile App branch token if they can provide, idk if they only provide it for cent-eez app, but give it a try. Thanks facing the same problem. Will check with branch for branch token.
If you want to activate the app before receiving the DC, you'll require a branch token to activate the app with your CIF which will be provided by your branchSo, what's the consensus here then wrt app activation? I have already received the DC. How can I use the app now? When I put the account number, it shows an error message "Accounts with multiple CIFs not allowed". Can people having joint accounts confirm how they registered in the app?If you want to activate the app before receiving the DC, you'll require a branch token to activate the app with your CIF which will be provided by your branch
Have you tried with CIF and DC details? Have you generated the DC PIN?I have already received the DC. How can I use the app now? Yet to get the CIF details. Will have to visit the branch for the same right? Haven't generated the DC PIN yet.Have you tried with CIF and DC details? Have you generated the DC PIN?
Yes, and generate the Green PIN through CBOI ATMYet to get the CIF details. Will have to visit the branch for the same right? Haven't generated the DC PIN yet.
Got it. Visiting branches is inevitable in case of PSU banks, it seems.Yes, and generate the Green PIN through CBOI ATM
Yeah, and they have forms for every small pointGot it. Visiting branches is inevitable in case of PSU banks, it seems.
That should be okay, provided the service is a bit fast. But it is how it is. At least 1 hour gets wasted once I decide to visit the branch. I am too lazy to visit the branch physically tbh.Yeah, and they have forms for every small point
I activated cent eez through branch token. Will ask bm to provide a branch token again on Monday. Let's see how it goes.Ask the CBOI staff for Cent Mobile App branch token if they can provide, idk if they only provide it for cent-eez app, but give it a try.
Were you able to activate the debit card? If yes, how did you do it?I activated cent eez through branch token. Will ask bm to provide a branch token again on Monday. Let's see how it goes.
I activated the DC via CBOI ATM via Green PIN option. Were you able to activate the debit card? If yes, how did you do it?
I tried through ATM, not working. The branch people said that we can activate via cent eez app. Got the activation code, but the cent eez service seems to be down. Such a pathetic service and such old tech they are using
Since it's bank holiday today at my state. I will try tommrow and update you. Were you able to activate the debit card? If yes, how did you do it?

Did it get resolved for you? It's still loading for me. How did you activate the debit card and managed the spending limit?I registered today with the branch token, going on manage debit card is loading indefinitely.
I am using now Cent Mobile app, centeez app was loading for me as-well so removed it after activation of my card going through CBOI Atm pin generation via Green Pin option on-screenDid it get resolved for you? Oops, so ATM is the only option for card activation. The ATM near my branch is not working for activation, and I don't have any other ATM within 20KM radius. If their service in Tier-1 city is so trash, then how pathetic it will be in Tier-2, Tier 3 cities..I am using now Cent Mobile app, centeez app was loading for me as-well so removed it after activation of my card going through CBOI Atm pin generation via Green Pin option on-screen
I went to the Atm aside the branch on holiday, it isn’t working. Went to another ATM 4kms drive, it worked for activation.Oops, so ATM is the only option for card activation. Just 2 rupay select for a couple is more than enough IMO. Trying to overoptimize the no of cards is not worth the headache. It's not wise to waste hours of time just for a debit card.Recently, I went with my wife to apply for the Nari Shakti Debit Card from SBI and also opened a DigiSave Youth Account for the Millennia Debit Card. Now, I'm trying to convince her for the Bank of Baroda Mahila Shakti Account.
I had planned for one more account to get a RuPay Select card, but she's not happy with the idea. Living in a rural area means we travel 30 km just to reach a bank, and for the Cent Queen Account, the nearest branch is 100 km away—so that plan is dropped. 😅
To be honest, I'm not even able to fully utilize the benefits of the RuPay Select card because of the limited facilities in rural areas..
