Ask the CBOI staff for Cent Mobile App branch token if they can provide, idk if they only provide it for cent-eez app, but give it a try.
If you want to activate the app before receiving the DC, you'll require a branch token to activate the app with your CIF which will be provided by your branch

I have already received the DC. How can I use the app now? When I put the account number, it shows an error message "Accounts with multiple CIFs not allowed". Can people having joint accounts confirm how they registered in the app?
Have you tried with CIF and DC details? Have you generated the DC PIN?

That should be okay, provided the service is a bit fast. But it is how it is. At least 1 hour gets wasted once I decide to visit the branch. I am too lazy to visit the branch physically tbh.

I activated cent eez through branch token. Will ask bm to provide a branch token again on Monday. Let's see how it goes.
