I have been using eterna for almost 3 years. But after so much devaluations, Even I thought of closing this card. So, I mailed them 2 weeks ago to offer it LTF or close it permanently. They agreed to offer it LTF, so now I am keeping it. BTW, I dont have any account with BOB.
Maybe you can try mailing them.

I sent to crm@ and escalation@, received template response as spend 2.5L and get fee waived.

requested downgrade- no offer. using eterna for 5 years and achieved 2.5L till now but due to current issues I'm not getting single reward point anywhere due excluded mccs.

Closed it. no account with bob.

Snapdeal card UPI utility txn par 1% reward points nahi de raha.

Upi transaction points come in 8 days as per customer care. I will be complaining if i dont get points, since there is too many points

For First 2 years, just above 5L to get milestone points. This year, just around 2.5L

It was done easily in my case. Only sent one mail regarding card closure or to provide LTF. Got a call from BOB, but could not pick up. Just after that, received a mail stating that card has been made LTF. So, not much issues in my case. Even I did not expect that they would make it LTF.

lucky u, sent similar one but it didnt worked for me over 1.5 years, finally gave up and closed it.

Update got all bob points on utility spends on airtel. Flat 1% unlimited. Best card to have for any utility upi spends

You will be charged 1% for doing < 50k on utility.
