Hi everyone, I'm currently holding the BOB Eterna card (a paid annual-fee card), but due to its recent devaluation, it's no longer offering much value for me. I’d like to downgrade it to a zero-annual-fee (LTF) Bank of Baroda credit card that offers solid benefits. What do you think is my best downgrade option, and why?

most likely no downgrade option, but if they offered or not offered go for either bob snapdeal or hpcl energie.

but those are having same tncs that eterna has, no reward points for grocery, supermarket, fast food etc. essential upi categories.

bob meant only for online shopping only, travel also some mccs excluded.

All other card have poor reward system, except snapdeal. So go with any other card.

Very sorry to say but all BoB cards are now fit for throwing in waste paper bin.

I have been using eterna for almost 3 years. But after so much devaluations, Even I thought of closing this card. So, I mailed them 2 weeks ago to offer it LTF or close it permanently. They agreed to offer it LTF, so now I am keeping it. BTW, I dont have any account with BOB.
Maybe you can try mailing them.
