I got the EMT card today and set pin in bobworld. Then registered on rupay site and redeemed flipkart GV. txn is sucessful but GV code is shown as "NA" in mail. Is this normal?

Yes. Thats normal. You will get another email in 24-48 hrs with code in it.

Email says (*If the coupon code field is blank,/not generated please expect to receive the coupon code within 24 - 48 hours once the booking has been validated)
Is this because this is first redemption or it happens every time?

It happens during rush time. You will get coupon code within minutes during middle of the month or when less demand.

Rupay platinum page doesn't have flipkart or any voucher. I think for bob easemytrip card, they are given by Bob itself.
Only benefits I see for rupay platinum debit card page are lounge, merchant benefits. No voucher etc.. mentioned.
