Use mobile data and incognito mode + put card details manually it should work
Tried this with rupay select, everytime 1 re is getting deducted.... but getting error on confirmation page.

Sent mail to rupay support got below response:

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your mail.

We have reviewed your transactions and confirmed the card payment failure. The refund will be processed, and you should receive it within 5–7 bank working days.
Please note that transactions may currently fail due to a temporary issue with the payment gateway. As a result, you might not be able to redeem your benefits at this time.

This is due to an unexpected downtime of the RuPay network. Our payment gateway team has confirmed that the issue is from the bank’s end, and their technical teams are actively working on it to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

At the moment, we don’t have a confirmed timeline for when it will be fixed. You may try again later or tomorrow, as the issue is expected to be resolved soon.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Some banks are facing this issue like Indian Overseas Bank, others are working on the suggested method.
