BOB Card application is stuck.

Hello members,

I have been trying to apply for a BOB card on their official portal but my application is now stuck on the same page for the last 3 days. I have tried to refresh it and tried to proceed both on mobile and desktop but the result is still the same. I am attaching a video and picture of the error. If anyone has faced this please share your experience and any possible solution. Thank you.
