Bob Application - How is this LTF? Am I interpreting this wrong?

I recently got Axis Neo , they've mentioned charges in it. Will be getting FYF HDFC card in a week, we'll see if they mention charges.

As per RBI rule banks have to mention annual charges, billing date in the introductory letter that banks send along with credit card.
If the letter shows annual charges as zero, only then activate the card.

BOB will in fact send the opposite. They will mention charges as their documents are not updated. One has to get confirmation from customer care.
