Best Transfer Partner for Holiday Suggestions

I have Axis Atlas and Amex Platinum Travel Card.

I have 15000 Axis Points and 35000 Amex Points. I am looking to do a small vacation with my wife for 3-4 days Domestic or if possible by paying extra internationally.

What are my best options and how do I optimise these points??
Also are these points enough or should I accumulate more points
