Best PNB CC for UPI usage

Excluding SBI and BOB, PNB may have better CCs than it's other PSU counterparts and fortunately their Rupay CCs can be linked to UPI. I need a suggestion to get one of their card that is suitable for UPI usage with good rewards. Either have to be LTF or their LTF condition like using their CC atleast once per quarter for all quarters in the year.

You can take pnb rupay platinum comes with LTF at using once in quarter, i am using currently at UPI platform and works well.
