AXIS Gift Voucher of Rs.1000

Axis has sent a Rs.1000 worth GV to redeem against Flipkart/Pantaloons/Bigbasket/MMT for my spends during July-Aug 2022. But while I opted for Bigbasket, i havent received any other mail confirming my voucher details. Did any of you also experience this?? And how to get out of this ???

Sometimes confirmation mail will not just come. If it's getting redeemed, no need to sweat on it

No....When i opted for Bigbasket out of all the brands available, it said that e-mail and SMS will arrive with the details of BB Voucher....But nothing has come till now. I couldn't redeem as a result.

Sorry for the confusion.
