Axis ER for Hotel Redemptions

Are there any options to transfer Axis ER for Hotel Redemptions, apart from Marriot? I am planning a trip to Tokyo sometime this year and looking for alternatives to Marriot. I would appreciate a response.

You can book hotels using United MileagePlus (i have not tested this) at https://hotels.united.com. Value of redemption will be less than 50p per point. Also, the hotel should have enabled booking with MileagePlus.
