Axis Edge Reward portal not unblocking. RBI not helped at all.

Need Expert Advise...

Axis block my rewad portal in DEC 2023. Transection on Bankit & Runpaisa.. On Magnus card.
Feb 2024 they close my Magnus card.
April 2024 Aply Atlas card and received but edge portal is blocked. AS they said its block for customer ID.
Complain to RBI not got any help.

Still my reward portal is block.
Is there any chance my reward portal can open ? or I have to close my card is only option left..

I have saving account & home loan with same customer ID.
They said block is link to customer ID so in future also if i take any card my reward portal remian is blocked ?

Yes it’s a permanent block since they asked invoices in 2023 from all of us and for those who didn’t submit the invoices they closed the card permanently and rewards are forfeited

So i have perment block on AXIS for reward point. No way to get.
