Do not go to RBI BO yet. First wait for two quarters and see what happens. They will refund the sms charges without gst if you complain so you won't loose much. In the current quarter when you deactivated it, they will tell you availed SMS facility in current quarter so charges are legit.

It was deactivated in last quarter and he refunded the charges for last quarter. It was done on 29th Jan. So maybe from next quarter, I'll not get charges?
